FEA & CFD simulation application engineer

Systematics is seeking a passionate and motivated engineer to join our CAD department – FEA & CFD Simulation team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our customers on the use of our advanced simulation tools - SOLIDWORKS simulation FEA & CFD, 3DEXPERIENCE SIMULIA(Abaqus) , CATIA Generative Design and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers using FEA simulation software.
• Assist customers with model creation, meshing, material selection, boundary conditions, and interpretation of simulation results
• Identify opportunities to improve product design and performance through FEA simulations.
• Develop and deliver training workshops on FEA simulation best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in FEA technology and software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in applying FEA simulations to real-world engineering problems.
• Proficiency in a commercial FEA software package (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks Simulation).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work and learn independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to find effective solutions to complex challenges
