AT&T is looking for a product management team leader, that will manage a team and activities in the Networking domain.

What is this job all about?

As a product management lead you are responsible for providing product leadership to a team of product management, defining and driving the vision of a set of products in the Networking domain.

You will help to build new activities from the ground up with great influence on culture, technology choice, and product vision.

Lead and be responsible for the roadmap of a set of products, and take these from inception all the way to delivery and execution.

Provide leadership across the product management community in AT&T, to ensure customer centric mindset and delivery according to impact and business requirements.

Work with product managers, to mentor, assist, build and define roadmap, business requirements, development plans and launch.

Work with peers in the US and other stakeholders (product, business clients) to define and align on business, architectural and operation’s needs.

The skills you will need to succeed:

10+ years’ experience of software product development roles experience with 5+ working as a product-management leadership position in global organizations.

Subject Matter Expert in the Networking domain.

Proven track record of successful product launches, from inception to execution.

A degree in Computer Science\Electrical Engineering or equivalent (MBA – Advantage).

Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal). One who can discuss and present information logically and concisely.

Business development background – an advantage.

Strong customer-centric approach.
