Temp Operations Excellence and NPI Lead

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Operations Excellence and NPI Lead to join the operation team for a temporary position

Job Description

• Main point of contact for other departments regarding NPI related issues.
• Act as Operations representative in transferring new products from R&D to mass production.
• Verifies Operational aspects (product manufacturability, suppliers’ approval, cost reduction etc.) that are raised and addressed at early development stages and throughout the product lifecycle.
• Act as an escalation platform for manufacturing problems in operations and subcontractors.
• Create and maintain Bill of material docs.
• Support MRB processes in Operation
• Analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance.
• Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
• Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization
  
  

• Education:
• BSc in relevant field (Industrial Engineering or Biomedical Engineering preferable)
• Job skills:
• 2 years of proven experience in NPI processes in manufacturing company
• Focus on problem solving, time to market and cost reduction orientation
• An ability of technical leadership in matrix and changing environment.
• Proven hands-on engineering experience
• Proven experience for NPI leadership
• Proven experience with data management and analysis tools – Excel, MS Project, SQL.
• Project management experience will be great advantage
• Experience in a medical devices industry - advantage
• Technical background - mechanics or electronics – big advantage
• Language skills: Fluent English - writing and verbal.
• Personality:
• Good analytical skills, self-starter with drive, focus, and initiative.
• Good Matrix management capabilities
• Position responsibilities require multi-tasking ability in pressured environment.
