Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruiting processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract the best talent to DriveNets.

- Creatively source candidates using diverse online channels to discover the best potential talent.

- Conduct HR interviews and convey your feedback on candidates' cultural and personal fit.

- Ensure the best possible candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

• - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills

- 5+ years of experience recruiting for hi-tech companies or leading agencies.

- Proven experience working and partnering with hiring managers, colleagues, and candidates.

- BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Proficiency with professional sourcing tools and diverse online channels.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication skills.

- High level of English.

- Can-do approach.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice to Have / Advantage

- Experience recruiting for technical or R&D roles (networking, AI infrastructure, or software engineering).
