System Team Lead JB-3720

A fast-growing Cyber Intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel-Aviv.

As part of the role, you’ll be leading a team of System and Networking engineers that are responsible for the entire company infrastructure, both in the cloud and on-premises.

Responsibilities:

Lead, grow, mentor, and manage a team of talented System & Networking engineers

Design complicated and tailor-made infrastructure solutions

Project planning and execution according to the company roadmap

Reviewing and constantly improving the company network, infrastructure, and day to day work environment

Work closely with the Security, SRE, DevOps and the R&D teams to ensure the best needs and requirements are met

Manage a team that designs, creates and maintains Linux servers, network services, develops IT automation, VPNs, virtualization environments, monitoring solutions and more

3+ years experience in managing a large team in a fast-changing environment

At least 3 years with hands-on Linux administration

Deep understanding of networks and hands-on experience in large scale environments

Experience working with Automation tools such as Ansible, python, bash scripting, etc.

Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission critical environment

A "can-do" attitude as well as great interpersonal and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure
