Key Responsibilities

• Credit Analysis and Financial Modelling: Analyze financial performance of credit and other financial products, and prepare performance forecasts using specialized financial models.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate monthly financial performance reports and conduct variance analysis between actual results and forecasts.
• Data Collection: Gather and maintain financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various departments to understand financial impacts and support strategic initiatives.
• Support High-Priority Initiatives: Provide support on special projects and ad-hoc analyses as directed by senior team members, and provide further financial context to drive better decision making.

Who You Are

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a similar role, including hands-on experience in financial modeling; fintech experience is a plus but not required.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; Experience in SQL is an advantage; Experience in Cohort modeling & Credit risk models is an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-Oriented: Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the globe.
• Adaptable Learner: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Organized and Proactive: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
