Production Manager

Production Manager - Leading Electronics Manufacturing Company

Responsibilities:

Directly manage line managers and indirectly oversee hundreds of production floor employees

Implement and enforce safety procedures and discipline on the production floor

Lead and execute production plans

Address bottlenecks and exceptional issues

Analyze production reports and utilize computerized systems

Recruit, retain, train, and lead teams

Develop and implement efficiency processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management

5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the electronics industry

Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain discipline and manage projects
