What Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. You’ll play a pivotal role in leading our Platform team by supporting, improving existing use cases and developing new features to our dashboard, where our clients create, build, deploy assistants, and investigate assistants' conversations and insights.

Responsibilities:

• A technical leader of a development team, with the ability to be involved in day-to-day development activities (code reviews, architecture review, bug fixes if needed).
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of backend and frontend developers, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape and prioritize product features, driving product success.
• Capacity to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment, ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
• Support and enhance existing use cases while building new features to improve our client-facing dashboard.
• Build complex products and implement architecture solutions for a high-quality user experience.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in managerial positions (leading both backend and frontend engineers - advantage).
• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in Javascript (Node.JS), Python, and React (advantage).
• Familiarity with industry-standard monitoring systems (e.g. Splunk, DataDog, New Relic, etc.).
• Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP services.
• Experience using Databases (MySQL/ Postgres / Snowflake / MongoDB).
• Experience designing, building and operating large systems with scalability, availability, testing and performance requirements.
• Experience building virtual assistants or SaaS products - advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficient English.
