Maintenance Manager

We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team!

• Hands-on management and execution of maintenance tasks as needed in areas such as construction, electrical systems, elevators, etc.
• Responsibility for and execution of maintenance activities related to building systems, including fire detection and suppression systems, elevators, electrical infrastructure and panels, generators, air pressure systems, lifting equipment, etc.
• Managing communication with authorities (e.g., Fire Department) and the local government regarding relevant procedures, including business licensing, site documentation, factory documentation, etc.
• Managing relationships with subcontractors in the area of building maintenance as needed.
• Responsibility for and handling maintenance activities related to electrical systems.
• Writing and enforcing guidelines related to the maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Acting as the company’s and its subsidiaries' security officer – understanding the regulatory requirements and the parent company's requirements abroad, and implementing them locally.
• Managing the annual budget, including preparing work plans for necessary building improvements and investments.
  
  

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager role, including team management – mandatory
• Certified Electrician License / relevant certifications or qualifications – significant advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – mandatory
• Familiarity with Priority software – advantage
• Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems – advantage
• Structured and organized work approach, with a systemic perspective and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple interfaces
• Service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent in English – mandatory
