We seek a talented and enthusiastic Automation Team Leader to lead CI/CD and V&V automation development for embedded IoT devices and systems.

In this role, you’ll lead the design and development of scalable and reliable automation solutions, which will lead to increasing automation coverage and play a key part in advancing our products’ quality to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

In your day-to-day, you’ll:

• Lead a small and high-quality automation team. Hands-on (~80%)
• Lead end-to-end automation development process
• Determine and implement the best-suited technologies for our specific needs
• Lead decisions about architecture and design
• Identify and address any technical challenges and bottlenecks
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the teammates to implement industry best practices
• Apply modern CI/CD principles and tools to optimize the development and deployment processes
• Ensure that code quality, performance, and standards are met
• Review code, design & architecture to identify and troubleshoot problems

What are our must-haves?

B.Sc. in Computer Science or its equivalent

7+ years of hands-on development experience in Automation for embedded and multidisciplinary products

Proven experience of leading and promoting teams for achievement, quality, and meeting goals

Proven experience in designing and bringing up Automation system/s from scratch

5+ years’ experience with C# .NET and Python

Networking experience: client/server, cloud communication, distributed systems

Broad system view and proven architectural design skills

Excellent analytical skills to identify problems and propose solutions

Experience with GIT

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Transparency in communication and decision-making processes.

Excellent interpersonal relations and strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey messages.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced global organization, handle pressure, and prioritize workload effectively.

Can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and leadership

Excellent verbal and written skills in English

Bonus Points:

3+ years of hands-on SW development experience

Significant advantage - Experience in interfacing with embedded systems.

Significant advantage - Experience with Azure DevOps

Experienced in maintaining production environments
