Co-Founder, CTO

Humanai is developing an innovative AI-powered, adaptive patient engagement platform that integrates behavioral science, machine learning, gaming and AdTech to optimize treatment adherence in chronic care via ultra-personalized digital interventions.

We're seeking a visionary, world-class, hands-on co-founder and CTO to lead the development of our platform, models and algorithms.

Together, we will unlock smarter patient engagement and drive long and lasting treatment adherence, a $300B per year problem.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with behavioral scientists and healthcare experts to translate behavioral insights into actionable AI algorithms
• Lead the technical development of our AI-driven patient engagement platform, including the core Behavioral Profiling Engine and Adaptive Intervention Mechanism
• Design and implement the platform's adaptive learning algorithms and personalization engines
• Oversee the development of or integration to multiple intervention channels (AI Avatar, chatbot, gamification, etc.)
• Build and lead a high-performing technical team
• Drive technology strategy and architecture decisions
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulation

Qualifications

• Previous experience as CTO
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, predictive analytics and adaptive learning systems
• Knowledge of engagement mechanisms from gaming or AdTech industries - advantage
• Experience with behavioral reinforcement learning systems - advantage
