Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician Manager at Wolfson Medical Center in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The IT Support Technician Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical support activities, managing desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, providing printer support, and conducting computer repairs.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Computer Repair skills
• Desktop Computers and Printer Support expertise
• Experience in managing and leading a team of IT support technicians
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Certifications in relevant IT fields
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Advantage to experience in hospital
