TechJet Aerofoils, established in 1999, is a joint venture between Rolls-Royce Overseas Holding Ltd. and Blades Technology Ltd. The headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in the Tefen Industrial Park in northern Israel.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at TechJet Aerofoils in Migdal Tefen. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing the overall customer experience.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Customer Experience enhancement abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
