PostDoc

For a France-Israel collaboration, my lab is looking for a passionate PostDoc (fully funded for 2 years, with an option for an extension) willing to explore the boundaries of 4D-STEM using Image Processing and Machine-Learning tools.

- The project focuses on local-order distribution and evolution in disordered material systems (functional glasses, phase change-materials).

- The collaboration with Prof. Davide Raffaele Ceratti in CNRS-PSL in Paris, France, will include scientific visits to their lab as part of the collaboration.

- Partially-remote work will be possible.

Background:

• A solid background in Python coding is required.
• Background in: Image Processing/ Microscopy is beneficial
• Background in: Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Structural Biology, and related Engineering aspects is beneficial.
