Director of Product Management

One of our clients, a high-growth fintech company with over $30 million in revenue, is looking to appoint a Director of Product Management. The company provides AI-powered SaaS solutions in the fintech space, serving large enterprise clients. Their products are at the forefront of technology, supporting financial institutions and regulatory bodies worldwide.

The company is looking for an experienced director, with a background in development and a proven track record in managing product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product line, managing all stages of the product lifecycle—from definition through adoption and ongoing development.
• Team Management: Lead a team of 2-5 product managers.
• Roadmap Execution: Drive the planning, prioritization, and execution of the product line roadmap to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather feedback and ensure the product meets their needs.
• Technical Requirements: Translate product strategy, internal knowledge, and customer feedback into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Design Presentations: Present designs to stakeholders and development teams.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Background in software development.
• Academic degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
• Proven experience across all product lifecycle stages, from definition to delivery.
• Experience in the financial industry (advantageous).
• Experience with payment products (advantageous).
• 4+ years of experience in managing product teams.
• Experience managing UX teams and product managers (advantageous).
• Proven experience in both inbound and outbound product management activities.
• Experience with B2B and SaaS products.
• Proven experience working with enterprise clients.
• Experience with AI-based products.
