About the role

We are looking for a versatile Data Engineer to join us in building and elevating Ludeo's data pipeline and data warehouse to new heights. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our Data team, reporting to the Data Engineering Team Leader, while collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization including R&D developers, analysts, product managers, and business teams.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines that transform raw data into trusted insights, focusing on scalable ETL processes, governance, and self-service analytics optimization
• Establish automated data quality controls and monitoring to ensure accuracy and completeness across our platform
• Partner with business and technical teams to transform requirements into scalable solutions that drive measurable impact
• Deliver high-impact innovations in our high-velocity agile environment, directly influencing product decisions and business growth

Requirements

• BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics or equivalent
• 4+ years Data Engineering experience, including ETL design & implementation
• Proven advanced SQL and data modelling expertise (lake & warehouse)
• Proven advanced SQL and data lake/warehouse modelling expertise
• Experience with orchestration tools (DBT, Airflow, Prefect)
• Python development (2+ years)
• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Modern data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
• Data visualization tools (Tableau advantage)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
