About the position:

As the Head of AI at UNIPaaS, you will be responsible for shaping the company's AI vision, strategy, and execution to fully capitalize on our data's potential. You will oversee the advancement of our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and collaborating with all relevant units. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on background in AI and data science, with practical experience in applying ML and AI in large-scale production environments and experience with generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI strategy and drive the adoption of strategic AI initiatives.
• Own the data strategy of the company
• Build UNIPaaS's Data & ML roadmap and execute it effectively.
• Promote data and AI initiatives across the organization.
• Advocate for and encourage a data-centric approach and mindset within the company.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in data science or applied ML
• Expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Experience in generative AI technologies
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data architecture tools.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
