Traffic Flow Manager

On behalf of a top digital agency in the Sharon area, I am looking for an experienced Traffic Flow Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Project and Task Management: Organize and prioritize projects and tasks based on urgency, goals, and client needs.

Task Allocation: Assign tasks to relevant teams (design, creative, marketing, development, etc.) and streamline workflow.

Project Tracking: Monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration across departments.

Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a key liaison between creative, marketing, design, development teams, and clients.

Bottleneck Management: Identify and address bottlenecks, managing workloads efficiently.

Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure seamless coordination.

Timeline Management: Develop clear project timelines with detailed Gantt charts and ensure timely completion of all project stages.

Quality Control: Ensure tasks meet agency and client standards, correcting issues as needed.

Resource and Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently, track budgets, and achieve profitability goals.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Proven experience in project management, multitasking, and prioritization.

Technical orientation and strong organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Self-learning skills.

Knowledge of integrations, automations, or interfaces.

Analytical abilities.

Familiarity with digital marketing.

Experience in production.

Hybrid Work Arrangement: Tuesdays from home, other days in the Ra'anana office.
