Experienced Procurement Specialist

Join a leading manufacturing company in the cosmetics and care industry, located in Petah Tikva! We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong background in managing and optimizing procurement processes. This role is integral to ensuring our purchasing activities are efficient, cost-effective, and meet our high-quality standards.

• Oversee and manage procurement activities using MRP systems to control and fulfill purchase requirements.
• Execute and manage local and international purchase orders.
• Drive cost optimization and improve supplier conditions and relationships.
• Expand our supplier base through market research and supplier outreach.
• Conduct quality negotiations and manage commercial terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate import processes and oversee customs clearance of goods.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration).
• Experience with Priority software is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• High proficiency with computer applications.

• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service mindset and interpersonal communication skills.
