IT Manager

We offer an opportunity to join the advanced team at Telematics Wireless in a key role managing the company’s IT infrastructure. The work is conducted as part of a team of two IT Managers who collaborate and support each other, each with specific responsibilities and authority, reporting directly to the CEO. 

This role includes responsibility for managing the company’s infrastructure, cloud environment, information security, and leading new projects. 

This position also includes strategic aspects such as managing IT budgets, overseeing critical projects, managing relationships with suppliers, international clients, providing support to company users, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and organizational regulations. 

It is a full-time position located in Holon, within a dynamic, global work environment offering opportunities for professional growth. 

As part of the role, you will have the opportunity to lead significant processes in the field of information technology, provide technical support to various teams, and ensure that our systems operate optimally. 

Work in collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions that align with the company’s and its clients' business needs. 

Additionally, your responsibilities will include managing and producing budget reports, optimizing workflows, implementing cutting-edge technological projects, and applying advanced security measures to protect the company’s information and data. 

You will also be responsible for relocating the company’s offices to our new site, a challenging, educational, and enjoyable project in itself.

Responsibilities:

- Managing and operating IT infrastructure, including local server management, server migration to the cloud, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and operating systems (Windows, Linux).

- Providing technical support and service to company clients and maintaining regular communication with international clients.

- Supporting cloud services and DevOps practices (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Implementing and maintaining information security policies, including IPsec and EDR/XDR solutions.

- Leading technological projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

- High proficiency in both English and Hebrew.

- At least 7 years of experience as an IT Manager, with experience in SysAdmin, Networking, Security, and Help Desk management.

- Knowledge of email and internet protocol management&  Active Directory, and Domain Controllers.

- Strong leadership, management, and project management skills.

- Experience in budget management, project leadership, and decision-making.
