The Opportunity: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Software Engineer Tech Lead to take ownership of our software development efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development environment.
• Drive Development: Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of our SaaS platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in developing SaaS platforms with at least 2+ years as a tech lead.
• Technical Proficiency:Expertise with cloud services, particularly AWS, and experience in cloud-based or cloud-native development.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React, with experience building complex frontend components.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with backend development.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage projects effectively, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
