About The Role & Team

As an Associate Account Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our operations at Aviv Airport, working with key players in the aviation world—airports and airlines. Your mission? To build and maintain strong commercial relationships, identify opportunities, and help drive success. And the best part? It’s a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work both on-site and/or remotely.

What You Will Do

• Develop and strengthen relationships with airport and airline portfolio managers.
• Identify business opportunities and drive commercial growth.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Take a proactive approach—anticipate challenges and solve problems before they arise.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  
  

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

You’re Someone Who Thrives In a Fast-paced, Dynamic Environment And Loves Working With People. Here’s What Will Make You a Great Fit

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a client-facing role.
• A commercial mindset—you spot opportunities and act on them.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Passion for the aviation and airport industry (if you love airplanes, even better! ✈️).
• Fluent in Hebrew and able to communicate confidently in English.
