We're seeking a results-driven Localization Manager to lead our global expansion efforts. As the owner of our localization strategy, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's growth in international markets.

As our first Localization Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of localization projects, ensuring our SaaS product, marketing, and knowledge base materials resonate with diverse global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive localization strategy aligned with our company's growth objectives
• Manage the entire localization process, from infrastructure and content creation to final delivery, ensuring quality and cultural relevance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Knowledge) to identify and execute growth opportunities in new markets
• Oversee localization budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize ROI on localization efforts
• Select, manage, and evaluate external localization vendors and translation agencies
• Implement and optimize localization tools and technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Conduct market research to identify localization needs and growth opportunities in target markets
• Analyze localization performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform growth strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in localization technology

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in localization management, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Proven track record of building localization from scratch and driving international revenue growth through localization
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Proficiency in localization tools and technologies
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
