Main Job Tasks, Duties, And Responsibilities

Developing algorithms for automotive-grade sensor calibrations (100%)

• Develop and deliver calibration algorithms for the following sensors: Cameras, Radars, Lidars, IMUs
• Conduct literature surveys, proof of concepts, and full product-oriented algorithms research
• Develop test metrics and evaluation methods
• Collaborate with the application engineering team regarding data collection, testing, and executing official vehicle calibrations
• Perform design reviews and knowledge sharing
  
  

The ideal person to fill this position will have

• PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics from top-tier universities
• Proven experience in algorithm development and innovations in Computer Vision
• Camera intrinsic and extrinsic calibration experience
• Ability to take full ownership of R&D process of a specific research field from ideation to delivery
• Python experience
• Deep Learning experience - advantage
• Sensors Fusion experience - advantage
