Research Engineer

Oasis is a security platform built from the ground up to secure identities across cloud, SaaS and on-prem. As a security research engineer at Oasis, you will need to build a deep understanding of key mechanisms in the different products Oasis integrates with. Leveraging this deep understanding you will build new security findings and capabilities that will create more value to customers. In order to achieve these goals, you will collaborate with a team of like minded engineers, driving the collective understanding and capabilities. The role demands a combination of curiosity, an ability to understand complex systems, and a security mindset.

This role combines security research and engineering, ideal for those passionate about leading their own features from start to finish.You need to be a skilled security researcher with a passion for product development and a capable engineer to turn your findings into reality. :Engineering Focus

• Implement new use cases across the platform.
• Develop data pipelines and integrations to support these features.
• Collaborate with product teams and customers to enhance their functionality and value.
• E2E accountability regarding new found security capabilities and use cases, including implimentation
  
  

:Research Focus

• Research and analyze Cloud and SaaS products to identify opportunities for expanding our security offerings.
• Become a subject matter expert in cloud and identity security.
  
  

:Requirements

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or similar.
• Strong understanding of security principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, start-up environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security research
  
  

:Desirable

• Experience in developing solutions in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with security automation tools and techniques.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience in a cybersecurity company
