Head of Operations

Job Description

The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, both for inner purposes and mass production related.. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, team leadership, and ensuring that our production meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency and cost.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive NPI plan for the new product & lead cross-functional team of engineers, technicians, and other personnel
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Drive improvements in production processes, capacity planning, and overall operational efficiency
• Oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. Manage production resources, equipment, and personnel to optimize productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to identify, establish, manage, and grow relationships with key partners and strategic alliances
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Utilize lean manufacturing principles and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure cost-effective use of resources while meeting production targets
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety and address any safety concerns promptly
  
  

• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing management
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of mass manufacturing suppliers, processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and drive process improvements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
