Meet easyplant

As part of our mission to make home design effortless and enjoyable, we've realized that keeping plants alive can be quite challenging for many people. Consequently, we invested two years in developing a self-watering system that ensures plants remain healthy and vibrant.

The adoption rates of the product in the market are phenomenal, and we are accelerating our activities. This is increasing our need for a top-notch Supply Chain Specialist who will manage the easyplant procurement process and negotiate and manage the relationship with some of our most strategic suppliers.

This is an amazing opportunity to join the core team of a new, promising startup that operates under the umbrella of "Mixtiles," one of the fastest-growing brands in the D2C home decor industry.

In this role you'll:

• Manage our relationships with suppliers around the world
• Source and negotiate with new suppliers
• Own end-to-end purchase order (PO) management cycle
• Coordinate and monitor raw materials shipments
• Address potential shortages or excesses to optimize supply chain efficiency
• Potentially expand to project management, new product rollouts, and leading cross-functional initiatives
  
  

• 2-3 years of work experience (preferably in a startup environment or a physical product company)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and manufacturing partners
• Able to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both verbally and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High energy, can-do approach
• Independent with extremely high standards
• Innovative thinker who can bring a fresh approach to the field and move at startup speed
• Full-time in Tel Aviv office
