Who are we?

Welcome to Mixtiles! In the beginning, in 2016, we were just two best friends working on a simple idea: how to make it super easy to turn your favorite smartphone photos into awesome wall art.

Today, we have multiple product lines, including Mixtiles, Mixtiles Art, Easyplant, Around, and Daydream. And we're shipping new products every year.

We're cutting edge in everything we do. Our products make use of advanced AI and AR technologies. Our marketing teams spend $50M+, working with top influencers and advertising on huge channels such as national TV. Our data teams handle vast amounts of data without hiccups. Our manufacturing floors have robots, and our 10+ facilities span multiple continents.

Our team is lean; we're just ~100 super-talented team members serving millions of customers every year. This means every single person on our team delivers real impact and has a lot of autonomy.

How do R&D teams look like in Mixtiles?

• Mixtiles R&D teams are running as separate squads, each executing on their own goals and focusing on their products. We do sprints, working to create a fast impact.
• Our squads are small (3-5 people) and work closely with product managers and designers to bring changes to life.
• We are as Full Stack as we can, not afraid to touch and change what's needed to get the needle moving. Frontend, Backend, Devops, Quality and more. We do it all and we own what we do.
• We work together. We use each other to be better and move faster.
  
  

• You will build new things and improve on products that reach millions of customers.

• Pixel Perfect: You will work closely with Product and UX to create top-notch user experiences. They should be pixel perfect.
• Infrastructure: Help develop and improve our infrastructure, push the envelope on performance and stability
• Lead: You will be the focal point for anything code related in the team. You will lead 1-2 developers, will mentor them and will set standards. You will be expected to speak up and lead by example.
• Take Ownership: You will be responsible for our technology E2E and will be expected to take full ownership of the tech.
• Business Oriented: We all are business oriented. You'll learn and will be expected to understand the business implications of everything we do.
• Be a Partner: You will be a partner to our Product, UX, Marketing and business. You absolutely will have to be a team player with a "Can Do" attitude.
  
  

• Super strong full stack engineer, 7+ years of experience (web frontend oriented, pixel perfect mindset)
• You have total control over HTML, CSS and Javascript. You dream in JS and have opinions.
• Exceptional track record of excellence (e.g., ex-8200 / academic distinctions / upwards career trajectory)
• Hands-on experience through out
