Job Description: As the Vice President of R&D, you'll spearhead our research and development endeavors, driving innovation, product development, and technological advancements. We're seeking a strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term objectives while ensuring alignment with our company's overarching goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

BSc./MSc. in electronics engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.

Extensive experience (+15 years) in hardware R&D, preferably in a leadership role within a technology company.

Deep technical expertise in hardware design, including analog and digital circuits, PCB layout, signal processing, and EMC.

Experience with multidisciplinary and IoT products.

Experience with mechanical design.

Demonstrated track record of bringing hardware products from concept to market.

Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
