Cloud Technical Support Engineer

Anodot is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in cloud environments and managed service providers (MSP). We need someone who is passionate about providing top-tier technical support, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has the ability to manage complex customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and troubleshoot intricate customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to integrate customer feedback into product enhancements.
• Independently resolve challenges and know when to escalate issues appropriately.
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently, adhering to tight deadlines.
• Serve as the technical lead for high-complexity issues, providing expert assistance to customers.
• Maintain follow-ups with customers and teams to track issue resolution, manage bug workflows, and coordinate with R&D.
• Develop and manage an internal Knowledge Base to support team learning.
• Support the onboarding process of new customers and conduct training sessions to showcase product features and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical support within a cloud-based software company or an MSP.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Proven experience with SaaS services and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Preferred: AWS or FinOps practitioner certification.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew; adept at customer interaction.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and advanced technical orientation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency with tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, Rest APIs, and SQL.
• Experience in an Agile work environment.
