Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality and efficiency, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing production plans to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Operations, Quality Control, and Production Planning skills
• Experience in overseeing cross-functional teams and coordinating production processes
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
• knowledge and experience in electronic assembly
• ESD knowledge - elecrtical safety tests
