Product Team Lead

Role Overview:

As a Product Team Lead at unipaas, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring we deliver exceptional products that meet our clients' needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, driving Agile processes and using data-driven insights to achieve KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Own the product roadmap, prioritizing based on business objectives and customer feedback.

- Drive Agile development methodologies and ensure timely delivery of key projects.

- Analyze data to inform product decisions and define key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to create customer-centric, innovative designs.

- Engage with clients to gather feedback and ensure our products solve real-world problems.

- Manage both inbound and outbound product initiatives to align with market needs.

- Oversee project management efforts, ensuring tasks are on track and within scope.

-Identify opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning solutions into our products to enhance capabilities and user experience.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Team Lead.

- Proven hands-on experience in product management, with a focus on Agile methodology.

- Strong understanding of data analytics and KPI-driven product development.

- Demonstrated experience working with UX/UI teams to create user-friendly designs.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

- Strong client interaction experience, both inbound and outbound.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
