Quality Assurance Manager

A well-established global company, publicly traded, specializing in advanced electronic systems primarily for international markets (the company’s headquarters are located abroad).

The company has 450 employees, is located in Airport City, and operates fully from the office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and manage a QA team focused on testing both software (IoT systems, mobile apps) and hardware (security sensors, control panels).
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for Crow’s integrated IoT products.
• Perform manual and automated testing on embedded systems, mobile applications, and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D team to ensure product requirements and specifications are met.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of wireless technologies (e.g., ZigBee, DECT-ULE) used in smart home systems.
• Oversee the continuous integration and deployment of QA processes.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, identifying and addressing any defects or performance issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Manager, particularly within IoT, embedded systems, or security products.
• Strong knowledge of both software and hardware testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (e.g., ZigBee, DECT-ULE).
• Experience with cloud-based applications, mobile apps, and embedded systems testing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
