Our products and digital content range from utility applications, habit-tracking mobile apps, and gaming apps, to native advertising ad tech. All our products and content coordinate together to create unique monetization solutions and advanced revenue streams for digital properties.
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to coordinate administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Your primary role will be maintaining high organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety levels within the office
Replacement for maternity leave + option for a permanent position
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Part-time role (80% commitment), requiring flexible availability to meet the needs of the office.
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator
- Proficiency in various office software applications (e.g., email tools, spreadsheets, databases)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle administrative duties accurately and efficiently
