The Role: General Manager

As our General Manager, you'll be at the heart of delivering dream trips for discerning travelers.

You will:

• Travel Project Management: Design and manage bespoke travel experiences in Israel and internationally, working closely with top-tier providers to ensure exceptional service from start to finish.
• Operations & Finance: Oversee the company’s financial operations, including billing, cash flow, and project budget management, in collaboration with our CPA. You’ll need strong administrative skills and a keen understanding of accounting principles.
• Customer Relations: Ensure a seamless experience for every client, from the initial inquiry to the post-trip follow-up, delivering the highest standard of service throughout.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken) – Must
• Strong budget management skills – Must
• Basic knowledge of account management – Advantage
• Service-oriented mindset
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with strong Office and Google Drive skills
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in tourism – Significant advantage
• Flexibility to work outside of regular hours
• Passion for travel and exploration
