Manager for the High -Tech Sector Audit Division

Deloitte - the leading and largest professional services firm in the world looking for an Audit & Assurance Manager for the High-Tech sector.

The role includes:

• Performing annual audits and quarterly financial reviews for startups companies, growth companies and public companies, including companies subject to SEC and PCAOB rules and regulations.
• Performing audits of income tax reports.
• Working according to US GAAP, IFRS and Israeli GAAP.
• Supporting IPOs of startups and growth companies.
• Supporting equity fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, exit transactions and due diligence processes.

• Hybrid work environment at our offices in Tel-Aviv combined with optional work from our offices in Raanana and Rishon-LeZion and working remotely.

Your Skills and experience:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Must be a certified public accountant.
• Must have experience as a manager performing audits of Hi-Tech companies.
• Ability to be organized and take initiative.
• Attentive to details and service oriented.
