UAT Tester

Required: A skilled and experienced QA professional to join the establishment team of a new banking operation. The candidate will focus on performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that developed systems and processes meet business and regulatory requirements. This role includes planning and executing tests, identifying and documenting defects, working closely with development teams, and providing feedback on product quality.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing UAT according to business and regulatory requirements.
• Writing test documentation, including test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects until resolution.
• Collaborating with development teams (local and foreign), system analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Providing continuous feedback to improve development and testing processes.
• Ensuring systems comply with regulatory and security procedures.
• Preparing status reports and recommendations for management.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience of at least 3 years working in finance or banking.
2. Experience with UAT/QA processes and deep understanding of banking business processes.
3. Ability to write high-quality test documentation and communicate clearly and accurately.
4. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (such as JIRA, TestRail).
5. Regulatory and security understanding in banking and finance.
6. Ability to work in a team and lead processes independently.
7. Relevant bachelor's degree (such as Software Engineering, Information Systems, Economics) - advantage.
8. High service awareness and ability to work with various business and technology stakeholders.
9. High-level English speaking/reading/writing skills
