We are seeking a motivated and resilient Investment Relations Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This role involves reaching out to active real estate investors that are personally engaged in the property-buying process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment, while effectively managing negotiation and sales processes to close deals

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Prospecting: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential investors who are interested in purchasing properties.
• Pipeline Management: Track and manage investor leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of sales activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of sales strategies and processes.
• Investor Engagement:Serve as the initial point of contact for the company, emphasizing the importance of creating a strong first impression to build high levels of trust and motivation among investors to work with us.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential investors, gathering relevant information to determine their interest and readiness to buy.
• Sales with Investors: Engage directly with investors to guide them through the sales process, from initial interest to property purchase. providing tailored recommendations, and ultimately closing deals that align with their needs and objectives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILL SET

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to handle rejection and objections.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - A must.
• Strong perseverance, resilience, and the ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment.

Location: The job is based in our Tel Aviv offices with working hours aligned to U.S. time zones.
