New Product Introduction Engineer

We are hiring an NPI Engineer for a successful, stable medical company with cutting-edge developments, located in Bar-Lev Industrial Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a vital part of the R&D team, managing the transfer of new products to production.
• Lead DFM activities during development.
• Develop in-house manufacturing processes, such as CNC, EDM, laser welding, injection molding, assembly, and more.
• Collaborate with sub-contractors to establish new manufacturing lines.
• Create and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and flow charts.
• Design and manufacture production jigs.
• Serve as the engineering POC for production challenges and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an NPI Engineer or in a similar role.
• CNC manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Background in medical companies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a broad systemic view.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a matrix team.
• Quick learner with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
