Senior Product Manager

Our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup, is revolutionizing prospecting with an AI-optimized automated process. With $27 million in recent funding, this company has expanded to a team of 60 employees across Israel and the USA.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution as a sole product leader in the company. This role reports directly to the CTO, offering a unique opportunity to impact product direction and innovation closely aligned with leadership. The position requires a strategic vision, technical insight, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive product initiatives from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Execution: Translate the company’s vision and roadmap into actionable features aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between company leadership and the engineering team, leading cross-functional efforts to drive product development.
• Product Discovery: Lead market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform feature prioritization and product decisions.
• Feature Definition & Prioritization: Define, prioritize, and refine user stories, features, and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
• Project Management: Provide regular updates on development progress, manage key milestones, assess risks, and ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, specifically within SaaS B2B products.
• Proven experience in a startup environment, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile setting.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into effective product strategies.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles, with a commitment to creating intuitive user experiences.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
