Director of Product Management

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development, approval, and ongoing management of the product roadmap.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle of products and features.
• Define objectives, leading metrics, and key results to measure the success of quarterly initiatives. Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches.
• Manage the data aspects of the product, ensuring it meets customer needs and provides accurate answers.
• Empower internal teams with the necessary tools and data.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 7+ years as a Product Manager with Inbound experience.
• Strong technical background; able to discuss technical constraints and alternatives with analytics and engineering teams.
• Data-driven with exceptional business acumen to align product initiatives with business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective user engagement and seamless collaboration with engineers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
• Deep understanding of the software development process from concept to delivery.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Highly collaborative and team-focused, yet capable of driving projects independently.
• Proactive, enthusiastic team player.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Startup experience as a founding team member or founder - a great advantage
