About the Role:
Pango is looking for a Partners & Supplier Relations Manager to manage relationships with public sector clients and strategic partners. This role involves maintaining and expanding product portfolios, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and enhancing the service offered to existing clients. The role combines operational capabilities, technical understanding, and sales skills, with an emphasis on managing existing partnerships and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic partnerships with external partners, and additional partners, ensuring effective collaboration and business growth.
- Drive sales initiatives and processes, proactively contacting relevant stakeholders to foster business relationships and expand partnership opportunities.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, analyze performance reports, and provide value-added insights to partners by recommending best practices and tailored soluti
- Analyze requests and inquiries from partners and public sector clients, identify opportunities for business expansion, and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Deliver professional training to clients across the country, utilizing advanced technological systems and analyzing performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee operational, service, and administrative processes with partners and clients, including contract management, billing, and service activities.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in account management / CSM roles: Proven track record in client retention and revenue growth in B2B and/or B2C environments, with strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
- Proven managerial in managing strategic accounts: Ability to manage cross-functional projects, coordinate between departments, and lead negotiations and contract closures with partners.
- Experience in sales or sales-related project management: Proven ability to lead sales processes and understand the business needs of clients and partners, with a focus on providing tailored solutions.
- Proven track record in analyzing tenders, proposals, and contracts.
- Cross-Company Project Management Experience: Proven ability to lead integrated projects with internal teams and multiple departments, efficiently managing resources, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong technological understanding: Familiarity with complex technological systems and the ability to apply tech-based solutions efficiently, with experience in tech companies or SaaS being a strong advantage.
- Initiative and ability to work independently: Ability to identify and lead business opportunities and implement creative solutions in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Technical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze technical processes, identify trends, and suggest improvements to processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills: Strong relationship management with partners and clients, ensuring professional service and effective communication.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks: Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and maintain clear priorities.
- Familiarity with the public sector – advantage: Understanding public sector workflows and identifying opportunities for collaboration with municipal and governmental authorities.
- Valid driver’s license – Mobility required for meetings with clients and partners across the country.
