We’re seeking a talented Monetization Manager to lead revenue optimization strategies, significantly impacting our product’s financial performance. This role is essential to scaling our business and boosting profitability across our Windows Desktop and web platforms. Please note: this is an in-office position in Raanana, with no remote or hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Media, and Data teams to drive revenue-focused strategies.
• Optimize AdSense and other ad platforms to capture maximum revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies for various B2C digital products.
• Manage and analyze performance data to refine monetization tactics and improve ROI.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• 2+ years of experience in monetization or revenue optimization, particularly for digital products.
• Proven experience in optimizing ad assets.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Advanced degrees or certifications in monetization, digital marketing, or advertising are a plus.
