Customer Service Team Lead

Our established and reputable fintech company is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader with extensive experience and in-depth understanding of the field.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and professionally manage a dedicated customer service team, providing feedback, guidance, and support.
• Develop and implement streamlined workflows and customer service standards across the team.
• Address complex inquiries and provide solutions in English, with extensive written and verbal communication.
• Recruit, onboard, and integrate new team members into a high-performing customer service environment.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience managing a customer service team, including employee coaching and feedback.
• Proven fintech experience, ideally within money transfers—strongly preferred.
• Full fluency in English (spoken and written), as our content and communications are primarily in English.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and documenting processes, with a focus on operational excellence.
• Ability to set and uphold high service standards and lead by example.
• Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding of customer service staff.

Preferred: Experience in global customer service or fintech environments.
