Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team at Track360. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful completion of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory!!!).
• Entry level, 0 - 3 years of experience
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• manage project timelines and schedules: Ensure that all phases of the project are completed on time by closely monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and integrated.
• Manage project risks and issues: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that may impact the project's success.
• Facilitate team meetings: Lead regular meetings with the project team to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Report on project status: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the project’s progress, including any changes to the scope, timeline, or budget.
• Drive continuous improvement: After project completion, analyze what went well and what could be improved, and implement lessons learned in future projects.
• Ensure quality standards: Make sure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards before they are delivered to the client or released.

Bonus Skills:

• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of programming languages is a strong advantage.
