Team Leader - Web and Mobile Applications

Role Summary:

We seek an experienced and motivated Web Team Leader to lead and actively contribute to our development team, working on web and mobile projects. This role involves a mix of leadership and hands-on work, with approximately 60% of your time dedicated to hands-on development. You’ll manage multiple projects, provide technical guidance, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web and mobile developers.
• Oversee web and mobile projects' planning, development, and implementation to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Actively participate in coding, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and objectives.
• Provide technical direction and best practices guidance to the team.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in web and mobile development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a web development manager, with hands-on technical expertise (60% hands-on work).
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple web and mobile projects.
• Strong knowledge of modern web and mobile development practices and technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Advantageous: Experience in the medical or IoT sectors.
• Advantageous: Ability to pass security clearance for Homeland Security (HLS) companies.
