Project Manager - QA background

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in manual QA and a strong skill set in documentation. This role requires hands-on experience in creating essential testing documentation, including Software Test Descriptions (STD), Software Test Plans (STP), and Software Test Reports (STR). The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Conduct manual QA testing as required, identifying and resolving defects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including STD, STP, and STR.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Track project progress, coordinate team tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within a software development environment.
• Hands-on manual QA experience with a focus on quality assurance and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in creating detailed testing documentation (STD, STP, STR).
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
