V&V Lead

In your day-to-day you'll

- Develop test plans and procedures for the company systems, and execute themtest

- Prepare tests reports, and release reports towards a release of a new product or

feature to production/field

- Manage and mentor the work of other V&V Engineers / Subcontractors

- Collaborate with QA, Systems Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers

and Software Developers on design reviews, tests definition, results analysis and

troubleshooting of failure found in the lab or in the field.

- Propose and execute initiatives related to methodologies, facilities, tools and

framework to support the products V&V

- Lead and monitor SQA activities, including tests automation

To excel in this role, we need you to have

- Engineering degree in Mechanical \ Electrical \ Electronics \ Software or equivalent

related technical field

- 4-6+ years hands on experience in a multidisciplinary HW/SW product V&V

- Experience in leading a complete system V&V process, from start to finish

- Proficiency with defining the verification and validation plans, system test

documents and reports (STD $ STR)

- Experience in managing testing specialists subcontractors, in Israel and Abroad

- Excellent understanding of SW and HW development, testing and deployment cycle

- Familiarity with test management and automation tools

You can stand out from the crowd if you are

 Experienced with Software Testing (Unit testing)

 Experienced with writing scripts for test automation and with Software Tests

Automation tools (for example – writing tests with Phyton)

 Experienced with testing Aerospace/Avionics systems, and familiar with relevant

standards

 Experienced with Environmental conditions and EMC lab testing.

 Experienced with validation of AI/ML Systems

 Feeling comfortable using standard lab Test Equipment - Scope, Logger, DVM
