We are looking for a Storage and Virtualization Team Lead to join our IT infrastructure team in Central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of Storage and Virtualization administrators, providing technical guidance, mentorship and career development support
-Oversee the configuration, implementation and ongoing management of storage solutions
-Manage and maintain VMware environments, ensuring optimal performance and efficient resource utilization
-Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage and virtualization issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations
-Ensure effective capacity planning and resource allocation across the storage and virtualization environments
-Oversee backup, disaster recovery and business continuity planning for critical systems and data
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Storage Administrator
- 2 years of experience leading a team within an IT infrastructure environment
- Experience managing VMware environments and virtualized infrastructure
- Experience working in large-scale production environments, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery
- Experience in managing storage systems such as PowerMax, Isilon, VMAX, Infindat, experience with these platforms - an advantage
