Data Scientist - NLP Engineer

Responsibilities

• End-to end ownership of the development process, from data extraction and pre-processing, through model development, to automation and productization
• Closely collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions
• Rigorously evaluate and validate health-related models and data using proven methods to ensure robust, high-quality products

Qualifications

• + 2 Years of experience with building NLP products, including:

Fine tuning Pre-trained LLMs (e.g. BERT)

Developing RAG based solutions

Using DL frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace)

Handling Classical NLP tasks (e.g. question answering, text summarization)

• Minimum 4 years of overall relevant experience in software development, data science, NLP, and machine learning
• High proficiency in Python and SQL
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in classical machine learning models (e.g. LightGBM) - an advantage
